Ananya Rao Prasanna from Omaha, NE is feeling grateful with the trophy! Ananya is the champion of the 2021 SpellPundit National Online Junior Spelling Bee that was held in April. She was also the runner-up of the WishWin – SpellPundit National Online Junior Spelling Bee competition, which was held in September 2020. Anaya outsmarted about 170 junior spellers to win the championship and consistently showed that she is good with words. The SpellPundit team is looking forward to see Ananya in many more spelling bee events in the future!

Saharsh Vuppala from Bellevue, WA is feeling confident with the trophy! Saharsh won the championship of the 2021 SpellPundit National Online Senior Spelling Bee that was held in April. He surpassed about 165 spellers and 20 intense rounds of spelling in the finals to win the bee. Saharsh’s championship word is ‘lootiewallah’ from Hindi meaning ‘a person who invades’ which he did in a way to outsmart other super spellers in the competition to achieve the championship. The SpellPundit team is very proud of Saharsh and wishes him good luck in the upcoming competitions!
