The Scripps national spelling bee competition is just two weeks away! There are about 100 SpellPundit students out of 234 spellers participating in this competition nationwide. This competition will be held in several phases from 30th May through June 2nd in National Harbor, MD. The SpellPundit team wishes good luck to all spellers!
Congratulations to the amazing co-champions, Deetya Vuppala & Yash Shelar, and runner-up, Dev Shah, of 2022 SpellPundit National Online Senior Spelling Bee! These spellers spelled many rounds of difficult words without giving up! The winning words are ‘liriodendron’, a genus name and ‘Fontainebleau’, a commune in France.
Thanks to the judges and pronouncers for conducting a 4-hour long bee smoothly. The SpellPundit spelling bee wouldn’t have been possible without spellers and parents’ cooperation and support!
