The SpellPundit team is thrilled to celebrate Bruhat Soma, who has achieved an incredible victory as the champion of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Bruhat captivated the audience and judges alike by spelling an astounding 29 words correctly in just 90 seconds during the spell-off.
Bruhat’s journey to this prestigious title is a testament to his dedication and passion for spelling. In addition to his Scripps triumph, Bruhat also emerged victorious in the SpellPundit Senior Spelling Bee competition in April, showcasing his exceptional talent and hard work.
